INSURANCE & PAYMENTS
Depending on your extended healthcare plan, sessions may be covered under your benefit package. This will often require a letter from your family physician stating that you require counselling services. You will be responsible for submitting your documentation to your health insurance provider(s) in order to determine if they will deem your sessions to be an eligible item. We suggest calling your provider prior to your first session in order to determine whether or not your sessions will be covered. A missed appointment/no show fee of $50.00 will be charged for any client who fails to provide adequate notice to the provider to cancel their session. If a client fails to show up to their scheduled session and does not contact the provider, the client will also be charged the $50.00 fee.
